• Nursing Research (Springhouse Notes) Veta H. Massey, Vetea Massey / Paperback / Published 1995; an excellent resource to use when preparing for the new BSN exam, very concise - just what you need to know!

• Handbook of Laboratory Diagnostic Tests With Nursing Implications by Joyce Lefever Kee; another good reference for all nurses to have on hand.

• Fundamentals of Nuring: Concepts, Process and Practice by Barbara Kozier et al; One of the fundamentals texts Regents recommends

• Nursing 98 Drug Handbook (book & disk); a great source of drug info - tells you just what you need to know!

• Pediatrics (Oklahoma Notes) Jane E. Puls (Editor), A. Eugene Osburn (Editor) / Paperback / Published 1996; designed as a concise review book for medical students, but still, a good, quick review of pedi.

• Whaley & Wong's Essentials of Pediatric Nursing 5th Edition; the pediatric text recommended by Regents

• Whaley & Wong's Nursing Care of Infants and Children / Pediatric Quick Reference; another good pedi text by the same authors as above

• Study Guide to Accompany Whaley & Wong's Nursing Care of Infants and Children; just what it says it is! Good study aide

• Maternal-Newborn Nursing: A Family-Centered Approach; by Sally B. Olds et al; another good text recommended by Regents

• NDH Pocket Guide to Drug Dosages good to have on hand

• Merriam-Webster's Medical Distionary; a good, cheap paperback; also available in hardcover

• Taber's Medical Dictionary CD-Rom Multimedia; by CLayton L. Thomas; great to have on the ole PC

• Mosby's Medical, Nursing and Allied Health Dictionary; my favorite medical dictionary

• The Medical Dictionary for Bad Spellers; by Joseph Krevisky (try to spell that!) Never seen this one, but the title sounds interesting

• Adult Nursing (Act Proficiency Examination Program ; Pep-39) Jack Rudman / Paperback / Published 1997
