Jezebel was founded early in 1992, in the shadow of Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs by Farid Nobahar, veteran restaurateur, to create an atmosphere that transfers you to the warmth and romance of the Mediterranean countries such as Italy, Spain, Greece, Monte Carlo and Morocco. To accommodate those with a taste for the extra-ordinary and a desire for quality personal service in an intimate and elegant setting, we have brought the fun, sun and sophistication of Europe to the wintry climate of Chicago. All regional cuisines are represented in their authentic forms, complemented by our extensive selection of fine wines. Jezebel offers fantastic value with the highest quality, 4 star service and a casual, light hearted atmosphere. Jezebel is named for the owners Grandmother, and the tradition of tender loving care continues, "Those who know us, love us!"
