THE GREAT SOUFFLE STORY

Our individual Chocolate Grand Marnier souffles, are baked individually in a special oven and its fragil and delicate aroma will delight you even before your first taste. They are accompanied with specially created sauces and are served with great pride in the finest tradition of the Forge, but, unfortunately, it is now too late to order this fabulous treat. It requires at least 30 minutes of preparation and that's why there is a specific reminder on our Dinner Menu to order this dessert at the time you order your entree.
