Restaurant Description:There was a time in ancient days when Delphi was the precinct of two gods: Apollo, the god of light, music, youth, prophecy and above all the god of moderation. Dionysus on the other hand was the god of wine, ectacsy, joy, performance and above all the god of excess. And although Apollo finally claimed Delphi for himself alone, if you know where to look, you can still find traces of Dionysus in the ancient ruins, in the little town, and in the Greek people themselves. You can sense the god's presence in this most dramatic of all Greek sites. And in the evening at a small tavern with a glass of wine, Dionysus will take your cares away.
