My dinner menu is composed of seasonal specialties, signature dishes, a handful of lighter offerings as well as an indulgence or two to celebrate festive moments. Throughout the year, passionate farmers and dedicated suppliers inspire me with a bounty of primarily local products that enable me to offer you a new menu with every changing season.
Moreover, I take advantage of the very freshest products of the moment by creating daily market specials. In this way I strive not only to follow the rhythm of the calendar, but also to offer you a few surprise each time you return to Daniel.
In addition to the offerings of the season, I also propose several dishes I have created over the years that are now synonymous with the name Daniel. I have highlighted these signature dishes to share with you the creations that have become classics on my menu.
