Restaurant Description:Now in its second decade, Cafe Pacific was rated "Dallas Best Seafood Restaurant" by D Magazine's last Readership Poll, as well as the 1990 Zagat Restaurant Guide and The 1991 Dallas Restaurant Register. This Dallas institution continues to excel witht the freshness of its seafood and its impeccable service. Polished marble floors, paneled walls, crisp white linens and bouquets of fresh flowers create a perfect setting for current American cuisine, featuring seared Sonoma Pepper Jack stuffed Swordfish with sesame seared spinach or a thick cut of Prime Filet of Beef peppered with a Brandy sauc.
