The Bubble Lounge is owned by Eric Macaire - former fashion model and current owner of Jubilee on Sutton Place - and his long-time friend and business associate Eric Benn, whose other interests include the manufacturing and distribution of the successful wine and Champagne tasting game, Bacchanales. "Champagne consumption is on the rise. We wanted to create something that would not only be a fabulous new place, but a really special place where people could learn more about the world's most magical wine" says Benn. "Champagne is not a once-a-year thing. Sipping a great glass of Champagne is a transporting experience" offers Macaire.
